Ashley (Wyatt) Warnock – Executive Director

Ashley Warnock has worked in both the public and private sector since beginning her career in family services in 2006. After spending more than three years with Franklin and Delaware County (Ohio) working in Job and Family Services, Warnock joined Viaquest, a private company headquartered in Dublin, Ohio and provider of group homes to underprivileged youth. During her time working with foster families, homeless children, and troubled teens, Warnock developed a passion for giving back. Currently, Warnock will serve as the only Dot’s Tots Foundation employee soliciting donations, identifying needy foster families, teaming with area foster care agencies, and arranging fundraising events. She and her husband, Andy, live in Hilliard, Ohio with their children, Cason, Palmer, Aniston and Berkley.

Andy Warnock began his career with the multifamily originations team at Red Capital Group (Columbus, Ohio) in 2006. Since 1990, the bankers of Red Capital Group have provided more than $50 billion in taxable and tax-exempt first mortgage debt, mezzanine level capital and equity to multifamily, senior housing, health care and other real estate properties across the country. Now Director, Warnock is a member of Apartment Associations in Kansas City, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Central Virginia and served on the Associate Board of the Columbus, Ohio Association.

In addition to his work at Red Capital Group, Warnock is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio and owner of numerous rental properties in and around Central Ohio. Mr. Warnock is a member of the Hilliard Ray Patch YMCA Board of Directors, past President and current Member of the Ohio Beta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta House Advisory Board, Member of the Woltemade Center for Economics Board of Directors at Ohio Wesleyan University, 2012 graduate of Leadership Hilliard, and a basketball enthusiast. He and his wife, Ashley, live in Hilliard, Ohio with their children, Cason, Palmer, Aniston and Berkley.

Randy Hoagland – Treasurer

Randy began his career as a financial advisor working for National City Bank in 2003. Randy joined Nationwide Insurance in 2005 where he partners with financial advisors to help their clients prepare for and live in retirement. In his career he has obtained his Certified Financial Planning Designation (CFP) and obtainted his Certified Long Term Care Designation (CLTC). In addition to holding his Series 7, Series 65, and life & health licenses. As a regional vice president, Randy was relocated to Sacramento, CA in 2008 primarily partnering with advisors in large national banks & large national wirehouse firms. In 2014, Randy was able to relocate his family back to Hilliard Ohio and partner with exclusive and independent agents of Nationwide.

Randy is an avid Ohio State Fan, enjoys golfing, traveling with family, and watching his son play sports in his free time. He and his wife Miriah, live in Hilliard, Ohio with their son Carter.

Ashlee Larger – Board Member

Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 2005, Ashlee joined Nationwide’s Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC). Ashlee leads the Performance Management team responsible for data visualization of key performance indicators, metrics and operational scorecards. Her role also supports key initiatives including the expansion of analytic capabilities, oversight of benchmarking, and management of the budget. Ashlee is a member of the All Women and Moms of Nationwide Associate Resource Groups.

Ashlee and her husband, Jeff, live in Hilliard with their two sons, Elliott and Arie. The Larger family lives for Buckeye football Saturdays, family vacations, dance parties in the living room, and any time they get to spend together.

Jeffrey J. Madison – Board Member

Jeff has loved Columbus since moving from a suburb of Dayton, Ohio to attend college at The Ohio State University.  Staying in Columbus to attend law school, Jeff has practiced law with a focus on real estate, small businesses, commercial lending, oil & gas leasing, and civil litigation. Jeff and his family attend are active in his church and Hilliard community events. He is an avid runner and cyclist, in addition to coaching in youth sports.  He currently resides in Hilliard, along with his wife Stacey, two children Eli and Tessa.

Mitchell P. Staugler – Board Member

B.S.B.A., Bowling Green State University 2007 – Marketing

Originally from a small farming community in Northwest Ohio, Mitch began his career as a Marketing Manager with an Ohio-based food equipment company serving large food corporations around the world. In late 2013, he started his own financial planning practice with Northwestern Mutual in Columbus after being a client for several years. In 2019, he joined The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center as a Director of Development, where he manages donor relationships and major gift fundraising for the ENT, Plastic Surgery and Urology departments.

Staugler is an active member of the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. In March 2017, Mitch was recognized by the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce for his volunteer efforts in the community and received the Most Involved Volunteer award. Mitch’s wife, Raechel, works as a special needs pre-school teacher in central Ohio and also volunteers her time as a Parent Mentor with Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, where she assists other families with transitional challenges due to unforeseen medical circumstances. They also continue to strongly support the National Kidney Foundation in Central Ohio with the annual Kidney Walk in downtown Columbus each fall. The Staugler family resides in Hilliard with their two children, Amelia and Maxwell (Marvelous Max).

Adam M. Wenning
Abrasive Technology – Engineer

B.A., The Ohio State University, 2007 – Mechanical Engineering

Adam Wenning began his career in sales with The Timken Company in 2007. Early in his career with Timken, Mr. Wenning relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina where he spent the first five years of his professional career. During those years, he worked in numerous areas of the industry including mining, aerospace, oil & gas, and medical. In 2012, Mr. Wenning and his growing family were able to transition back to Ohio. He currently works Abrasive Technology in Lewis Center, Ohio where he continues to help serve customers by providing engineering support in the early design stages of diamond and CBN grinding tools.

Wenning enjoys volunteering his time coaching his sons’ recreational sports teams and playing golf. He and his wife, Libby, live in Hilliard, Ohio with their sons, Graham and Ethan.

Libby (Waterman) Wenning – Secretary

Libby Wenning has worked at Presbyterian Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, NC and is currently working at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Hilliard Pediatrics. Libby has specialized in pediatrics her entire career and enjoys the gratification of working with children. While a resident in Charlotte, Wenning specialized in the pediatric hematology / oncology department. The area was responsible for the care of all children affected with various life altering illnesses. In 2010, Wenning was recognized as one of the top 100 nurses in the state of North Carolina for her efforts stemming from pediatric care. Upon returning to the Columbus area in 2012, Libby is currently in a float position within Children’s Hospital that exposes her to all areas of pediatric care. She and her husband, Adam, live in Hilliard, Ohio with their sons, Graham and Ethan.

Dr. Dana Winchester – Board Member

Dr. Winchester is a 2001 graduate of Miami University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2004. Dr. Winchester has practiced in the Columbus area since graduation and has traveled abroad to Manaus, Brazil where she treated hundreds of native patients. Dr. Winchester is certified for the treatment of work-related and automobile injuries. She has post-graduate training in nutritional counseling, women’s health issues, and pediatric health-related conditions. Dr. Winchester is well known in the Columbus area for public speaking and health promotion, and is regularly scheduled at local businesses to speak on health-related topics. She has been featured on Fox news and published in newspapers and magazines.  She and her family currently reside in Dublin, Ohio with daughter, Chloe.

Svitlana Yakim — Intern

Svitlana Yakim is a third year student and golfer at Ohio Wesleyan University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in international business. Svitlana has a background in restaurant management, finance, and sales, hoping to explore marketing management as a career. For the summer of 2018, Svitlana is working as a business development intern for Dot’s Tots in order to help the foundation further grow and succeed. She currently resides near Grove City, Ohio while working and studying.

Addison Reineck- Intern
B.S, The Ohio State University, 2019 – Human Development and Family Science

Addison “Addi” Reineck is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University. Addi has a background in customer service, disability camp counseling at Akron Rotary Camp, childcare, and volunteer management. Originally from a small farm town in Northwest Ohio, Addi has grown to love the city and all it has to offer. She has become involved in her local church in Hilliard, Rock City Church, as an Usher Team Leader. She also volunteers weekly at the Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio located beside Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Developing a passion for serving the people in her community, she is joining Dot’s Tots as a summer 2019 Intern in order to help the foundation further grow and succeed. Her career aspirations are to return to graduate school to pursue a master’s degree school and family counseling. She currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
