Ashley Warnock has worked in both the public and private sector since beginning her career in family services in 2006. After spending more than three years with Franklin and Delaware County (Ohio) working in Job and Family Services, Warnock joined Viaquest, a private company headquartered in Dublin, Ohio and provider of group homes to underprivileged youth. During her time working with foster families, homeless children, and troubled teens, Warnock developed a passion for giving back. Currently, Warnock will serve as the only Dot’s Tots Foundation employee soliciting donations, identifying needy foster families, teaming with area foster care agencies, and arranging fundraising events. She and her husband, Andy, live in Hilliard, Ohio with their children, Cason, Palmer, Aniston and Berkley.

Andy Warnock began his career with the multifamily originations team at Red Capital Group (Columbus, Ohio) in 2006. Since 1990, the bankers of Red Capital Group have provided more than $50 billion in taxable and tax-exempt first mortgage debt, mezzanine level capital and equity to multifamily, senior housing, health care and other real estate properties across the country. Now Director, Warnock is a member of Apartment Associations in Kansas City, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Central Virginia and served on the Associate Board of the Columbus, Ohio Association.

In addition to his work at Red Capital Group, Warnock is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio and owner of numerous rental properties in and around Central Ohio. Mr. Warnock is a member of the Hilliard Ray Patch YMCA Board of Directors, past President and current Member of the Ohio Beta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta House Advisory Board, Member of the Woltemade Center for Economics Board of Directors at Ohio Wesleyan University, 2012 graduate of Leadership Hilliard, and a basketball enthusiast. He and his wife, Ashley, live in Hilliard, Ohio with their children, Cason, Palmer, Aniston and Berkley.

Randy began his career as a financial advisor working for National City Bank in 2003. Randy joined Nationwide Insurance in 2005 where he partners with financial advisors to help their clients prepare for and live in retirement. In his career he has obtained his Certified Financial Planning Designation (CFP) and obtainted his Certified Long Term Care Designation (CLTC). In addition to holding his Series 7, Series 65, and life & health licenses. As a regional vice president, Randy was relocated to Sacramento, CA in 2008 primarily partnering with advisors in large national banks & large national wirehouse firms. In 2014, Randy was able to relocate his family back to Hilliard Ohio and partner with exclusive and independent agents of Nationwide.

Randy is an avid Ohio State Fan, enjoys golfing, traveling with family, and watching his son play sports in his free time. He and his wife Miriah, live in Hilliard, Ohio with their son Carter.

Jeff has loved Columbus since moving from a suburb of Dayton, Ohio to attend college at The Ohio State University. Staying in Columbus to attend law school, Jeff practices law with a focus on real estate, small businesses, commercial lending, oil & gas leasing, and civil litigation. Jeff and his family are active in his church and Hilliard community events. He is an avid runner and cyclist, in addition to coaching youth sports. He currently resides in Hilliard, along with his wife and two children.

Addison “Addi” Reineck is a graduate of The Ohio State University and currently serves in Accounts Payable at Crawford Hoying, a Columbus area real estate investment firm. Originally from a small farm town in Northwest Ohio, Addi has grown to love the city and all it has to offer. She has become heavily involved in Rock City Church as a Guest Experience Team Leader and also volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio located beside Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Developing a passion for serving the people in her community, she joined Dot’s Tots Foundation as a summer intern in order to help the foundation grow its impact prior to her promotion to a seat on the Board of Director. Addi currently resides in Hilliard, Ohio.

Adam Wenning began his career in sales with The Timken Company in 2007. Early in his career with Timken, Mr. Wenning relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina where he spent the first five years of his professional career. During those years, he worked in numerous areas of the industry including mining, aerospace, oil & gas, and medical. In 2012, Mr. Wenning and his growing family were able to transition back to Ohio. He currently works Abrasive Technology in Lewis Center, Ohio where he continues to help serve customers by providing engineering support in the early design stages of diamond and CBN grinding tools.

Wenning enjoys volunteering his time coaching his sons’ recreational sports teams and playing golf. He and his wife, Libby, live in Hilliard, Ohio with their sons, Graham and Ethan.

After graduating with her Bachelors degree from Wittenberg University, Kathleen joined Gordon Food Service as the Marketing Services Manager. In this position, she led the divisions events, promotions and brand initiatives. During her career she has also served as category leader and commercial sales manager. Currently, she is the business solution specialist for central Ohio. Her role is to help restaurant owners better understand their business and to grow it profitably. In her free time, she is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her family.

Kathleen and her husband Brandon live in Hilliard with their three children Declan, Delaney, and Caden.

Dr. Winchester is a 2001 graduate of Miami University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2004. Dr. Winchester has practiced in the Columbus area since graduation and has traveled abroad to Manaus, Brazil where she treated hundreds of native patients. Dr. Winchester is certified for the treatment of work-related and automobile injuries. She has post-graduate training in nutritional counseling, women’s health issues, and pediatric health-related conditions. Dr. Winchester is well known in the Columbus area for public speaking and health promotion, and is regularly scheduled at local businesses to speak on health-related topics. She has been featured on Fox news and published in newspapers and magazines.  She and her family currently reside in Dublin, Ohio with daughter, Chloe.

Bobby Wright began his professional career in the publishing industry, working with several area residents to develop private publications highlighting the families that live in the Hilliard area in efforts to build stronger relationships and a safer, well-connected community. Seeing a need for more inclusion and vulnerability to help prevent bullying, Bobby pushed to bring Challenge Day to Hilliard City Schools, which is now an annual program the Dot’s Tots Foundation provides students in the Hilliard Community. In addition to community publications, he owns a magazine aimed to connect the residential Real Estate community. Wright also serves as the Vice President of Roof Maxx Technologies.

In addition to his work with N2 Publishing and Roofmaxx, Wright serves on the board of the Hilliard Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Westerville Sunrise Rotary Club. He and his wife, Monica, live in Galena, Ohio with their two boys, Warren and Wesley.

Patrick began his career with Equity in 2007, focusing on serving the real estate needs of location-based healthcare companies, eventually growing that focus into a practice that manages thousands of healthcare leases across 47 states. Patrick also serves as co-founder and managing partner of Equity Velocity Funds, working directly with investor partners and internal teams to allocate capital into healthcare real estate projects seeking to deliver superior, risk-adjusted returns across healthcare assets. As President of Equity, he is now the second-generation leader of his family business, and he focuses significant effort on growing an organization that creates value for Equity’s people, projects, customers, and communities.

Patrick and his wife, Sharon, reside in Hilliard, where they’re raising their three children.  Their family is passionate about causes that provide opportunity for disadvantaged youth and their families. They have devoted significant time and resources to these causes, specifically supporting organizations that make a large impact close to home.
